Today, I invite you to embark on a journey of reflection with me, a journey toward understanding, personal transformation, and the power of Self-Awareness.
Self-Awareness consists of understanding our emotions, feelings and reactions to certain situations, being able to have control and management over ourselves.
In our online courses we can help you do this reflection and give you healthy habits to improve your daily performance.
On the other hand, you have surely heard the idea of the “Law of Attraction”: belief that our thoughts and emotions can shape our reality. However, instead of always focusing on attracting what we want, we can change our perspective.
What if the real secret is not to attract, but to CULTIVATE this positive Attraction through Self-Awareness?
Cultivate From Your Interior
Instead of simply wishing for love, prosperity or peace, it is essential to learn to cultivate these feelings within ourselves. Self-Awareness will allow us to recognize and understand our thoughts and emotions, which in turn will allow us to make conscious and appropriate decisions.
By nurturing Love within us, we will become people radiant with love and empathy. The practice of gratitude, guided by Self-Awareness, will make us more grateful people. That is, by taking a moment to reflect, we can discover gratitude even in small details, like the sunlight shining in the morning.
The Importance of Your Daily Actions
"Every action, no matter how small, contributes to who we will become."
If we act impulsively every day, we will have to resolve the consequences and accumulations of our actions, and that will lead us to live in frustration and dissatisfaction of not obtaining what we want. Self-Awareness helps us be aware of our actions and the impact they have on our daily lives.
According to statistics, 82% of people who practice Self-Awareness notice an improvement in their daily decision making.
"By aligning our daily actions with our true desires, we move toward an improved version of ourselves."
I share with you 4 situations in which we can start by improving our self-awareness
- When faced with an argument, take a moment to reflect before reacting aggressively.
- In the middle of a traffic jam, take a deep breath to avoid stress. In the long term, this will help you avoid impulsive reactions in other stressful situations.
- Avoid venting about someone else, whether at work or at home with loved ones.
- Instead of taking out your frustrations or dissatisfaction on others, find a healthy way to express your feelings or seek support from friends or professionals.
Here is an effective technique that I regularly share with people in consultation
- I encourage you to create a list with 3 actions that you could improve during the week. I suggest you dedicate a short time of maximum 30 minutes, alone with yourself every week. This moment will allow you to become aware of your actions and make better decisions about what you really want. Personally, I always do it on Sunday mornings.
Sow and Cultivate
When we share our feelings with others, they do not weaken us, but rather they add to us . By giving love, we receive more love. By sharing knowledge, we gain deeper understanding. Self-Awareness helps us become more aware of the importance of generosity and sharing in our lives. For example, a simple gesture such as a smile and a friendly greeting when passing by our neighbor can improve our well-being and that of our neighbors.
Remember that the core of Self-Awareness is awareness. By being aware of what we are cultivating internally, we have the power to shape our external world beautifully.
