Home delivery

The customer will be able to select the delivery address. Home deliveries will be made in "DESTINO_SHIPPING".

Shipping costs are proportional to the weight, destination of the package and shipping method and will be borne by the customer. These expenses will be displayed in the shopping cart before proceeding with the contract.

ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS emphasizes the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and correct delivery address.

The delivery of the contracted products and/or services will be carried out, in general, respecting the following delivery times: "DELIVERY_DEADLINE"

Exceptions to delivery times:

During special offers on the website, delivery time may be longer than usual.

ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS vacation periods will be notified on the website and during the contracting process.

ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS will not assume any responsibility for delays in the delivery of orders when this delay is the exclusive fault of the client or the authorized person.

The client assumes the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products of the order from the moment of their delivery in accordance with the procedure regulated in these Terms and Conditions. The client will be responsible for the storage and conservation of the products under the conditions that, where appropriate, are established on their labeling.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the provisions of article 102 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients, the customer will have a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without indicating any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to the address Calle Muntaner nº231 2º2ª in the town of BARCELONA (08021, Telephone: +34) 655 272 795; or through the email address: INFO@ANALOMBARDCOSMETICS.COM. To do this, you may use the model withdrawal form included in Annex 1 of these general conditions. In any case, ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS gives the option of completing and sending the withdrawal form electronically or through our website. If the client finally decides to do so through the electronic form, an email will be sent confirming receipt of their request.

In case of withdrawal on your part, all payments received from you will be returned to the client. Shipping costs for executing the return will be borne by the customer. Returned products must be in normal condition (with their original packaging and unused). It will be necessary to attach a copy of the invoice. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.

If the reason for the return is that the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS will bear the costs of the return and new shipping. If the reason is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount, but not the return costs. Nor will additional delivery costs be paid if the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method.

The refund of the amount will be made without any undue delay and in any case no later than within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated. and as long as the products and/or services subject to withdrawal have been previously received. Otherwise, the disbursement may be withheld until the products and/or services withdrawn are received or until the client proves their return.

The refund of the amount will be made with the same payment method that has been used.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will extinguish the parties' obligations to execute the contract.

Indicate that the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Based on the provisions of article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, You will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal on goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized. Also indicate that, based on what is established in sections d) and e) of article 103 of the same legal text, the right of withdrawal will not operate when the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as those goods that are sealed that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Any other product, good and/or service covered by article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Product warranty

When the Product or Products purchased present a lack of conformity because they do not correspond to the characteristics offered, present defects that prevent their normal use in accordance with their nature, or do not offer the benefits described for them, the Client will have the right to have the property corrected. acquired within a period of three years from the contracting, as stipulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and others complementary laws, and in the conditions and with the means of proof regulated in the same legal text, without prejudice to the powers of the Point of Sale to verify the veracity of the defects, their origin and the time of their appearance.

In any case, the Client must inform ANA LOMBARD COSMETICS of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. To do this, it will be necessary to report on the nature of the problem, the time and conditions of its appearance.

In the same way, inform that the client has the right to the sanitation of the property following the rules of article 120 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients. In any case, the regulations established by the applicable legislation regarding guarantees for the sale of consumer goods will apply. If the product is defective, "COMPANY" will be responsible whenever possible to replace the product, at no expense to the Client. In the event that due to availability reasons the replacement of the product cannot be carried out, a full refund of the contract will be made.
